Overview

Let’s get started on making your life healthier! A huge part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the food you eat. So, I want to create weekly meal plans for you! My goal is to use food that you most likely already have in your fridge or pantry, so they will be simple and also tasty! I know how to put food together and make it taste amazing. Every time I make a meal for myself at home, I want to enjoy it to the fullest. I very rarely take the easy way out when it comes to food… and neither should you! I want you to enjoy every meal and think of food as something that will nourish your body. Nourishment should be your main priority, not the number on the scale. You should ask yourself how the food you’re eating makes you feel. With this program, you will get a chance to learn how to shop in the grocery store (store of your choice – Whole Foods, Wegmans, Shop Rite, etc. – I’m very familiar with the layout of all three!) and navigate the isles to find healthy, nutritious food. I will show you my favorite brands and explain why they are my favorite. You will learn how to read nutrition labels and how to put simple things together to make them more than just a piece of grilled chicken with a side of broccoli. Let’s spice it up a little bit!

How it Works

It takes about 3 weeks to make or break a habit. I’m offering you 3 weeks (1 week is M-F) of meal planning, including one consultation and one trip to the grocery store of your choice.  Before we meet or consult, I will send you a questionnaire that you can fill out.  Then you can either bring it to your consultation or send it to me by email.  After your consultation, we will meal plan!  You will receive a different menu each week with a variety of tasty recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks based off of your consultation, taste and what you choose to purchase at the grocery store. Want to keep going? You can certainly continue with this after your 3 weeks is over, taking it one week at a time.

Option #1 New Client: 3 Weeks Meal Plans + In-Person Consultation + One Grocery Store Trip { $325, paid in full }

Option #2 New Client: 3 Weeks Meal Plans + Phone Consultation { $250, paid in full }

Option #3 New Client: 1 Week Meal plans + Phone Consultation { $100, paid in full }

Returning Clients: 1 Week Meal plans { $85/week, paid weekly }

New & Returning Clients: One Grocery Store Trip { $75, paid in full }
