breakfast pancakes/waffles sweet breakfast

peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes.



1/3 cup kodiak cakes mix (got this at target!)

2 tablespoons pb2 (powdered peanut butter)

1 tablespoon plain Siggi’s yogurt

1/3- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (depends how thick you want your pancakes- these are on the thinner side)

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

note: for extra peanut buttery-ness you can add a tablespoon of, my favorite <3 , Peanut Butter & Co smooth or crunchy peanut butter 🙂

stir everything together and cook on a skillet until golden brown

serve with maple syrup & enjoy!
