this coleslaw is very light and is great for summer! it is low fat while still being super creamy and delicious. i used siggi’s plain yogurt instead of mayonnaise and i also used honey instead of sugar! there are always healthier substitutions for the recipes you love!
1 package coleslaw mix
1/3 cup plain siggi’s yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
put the coleslaw mix in a bowl
in a small separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients together until smooth
add dressing over coleslaw and mix until everything is coated
let sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge so all the flavors come together- serve & enjoy!
