i have realized that grilling chicken outside is probably the best way to get juicy, delicious, and flavorful chicken every time!
2 packages chicken breast (6 breasts)
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup kethcup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
red pepper flakes
note: i estimated all the spices to my taste, so add whatever you think you will like- i also did not add salt because the soy sauce is very salty already!
marinate the chicken in a freezer bag of a large bowl and cover in the fridge overnight (a few hours will do if you don’t have the time)
heat up grill and sear each side for about 6 minutes with the grill lid down
note: do not move them around once they’re on the grill, searing them in one spot locks in the moisture
let sit for about 10 minutes and serve!
