banana yogurt pancakes.

This is my new favorite pancake recipe!  I added yogurt in them to make them super moist and fluffy.


1 banana

1/2 cup oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon flax seed

1/4 cup egg whites

2 tablespoons plain yogurt (i used siggis-it’s really thick! so if you don’t use siggis i recommend greek yogurt)

put everything in a blender and blend until smooth

if it’s too thick, add more egg whites or a splash of almond milk!

cook on a skillet until golden brown and top with berries or maple syrup!

you can always add chocolate chips to the batter for banana chocolate chip pancakes 🙂
