eating enough.

so i just feel like i should voice something that happened today.  i was at work and i didn’t really realize how much time had gone by… being that i forgot to eat! (by the way, that never happens) i was on my way home from work just about 5 o’clock and i got really light headed and i knew it was because i hadn’t eaten in a few hours!  and on top of that, i forgot to bring a nutrition bar with me.  usually i ALWAYS have one with me just in case.  that was the case where i really needed it. it totally reminded me of when i had my eating disorder and how i felt when i starved myself.  it was really scary to feel that way again.  it was a little wake up call to how horrible i used to feel!  the point of me rambling on like this is that it is VERY important you feed your body with the nutrition it needs!  i will never go back to the way i was.  i feel better, eat a lot more than that time in my life and i feel like i look a lot better as well!  and for me to say that now, i know i came a long way.  that is all 🙂
