bruschetta chicken meatballs.

i wanted to make chicken meatballs all week and i finally found time to do it!! NOM!

RECIPE: (makes about 12 medium size meatballs)
1 package ground chicken
1/2 cup fresh salsa (store bought at shop rite)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
sprinkle of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 egg whites

mix everything together in a bowl

preheat oven to 400 degrees
in a medium pan on medium high heat, sear each meatball until browned almost all the way around
place each meatball on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked all the way through!

note: searing the meatballs before baking them helps keep the moisture in! plus i love the crispy outside and soft inside!!

  1. Just made these and they are amazing!!!! They r so moist and the cheese inside tastes so good. I want to save the left overs do u suggest just storing in an air tight container in the fridge ??
