blueberry lemon poppyseed donuts with a honey lemon glaze.

so i went to make muffins.. then i opened the cabinet to get my muffin tin and i found my DONUT PANNN!!! i totally forgot i had it!! so i made donuts πŸ™‚

RECIPE: (90 CALORIES EACH!!!- makes 6)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup graham flour
2 egg whites
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup truvia
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
add almond milk until consistency is not too watery and not too dry

grease donut pan with coconut spray (or pam)
fill donut molds until full but not overflowing
bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean
let cool for about 10 minutes in the pan and then take them out and place on a rack or cookie sheet

honey lemon glaze:
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
sprinkle of nutmeg

drizzle the glaze overtop each donut or use a piping bag with a tiny opening to make them pretty like meeeee πŸ™‚ YAY!
