a great substitute for mozzarella cheese is cottage cheese!! it’s fat free and full of protein! one of my favorite combinations is fresh mozzarella cheese with sliced summer tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper. the creamy cottage cheese definitely satisfied me the same way mozzarella does!! had the same taste with the mixture of balsamic and olive oil. try it 🙂 what do you have to lose?!
