tiramisu oatmeal.

i was thinking of something different to make… and i thought i should definitely make a flavor for coffee lovers!!!

1/2 cup oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon coffee extract
1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons truvia
1 teaspoon cocoa powder

for the oatmeal:
combine oats and almond milk
microwave for 1 minute
add rum extract, cinnamon and vanilla protein powder
microwave for another minute

for the expresso cheese “filling”:
combine cream cheese, yogurt, truvia, coffee extract and vanilla extract
mix until smooth
add mini chocolate chips!

chocolate sauce:
combine cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder and mix with enough water until smooth

layer your oatmeal, expresso cheese filling and chocolate sauce in a mason jar/bowl/glass and top with cinnamon! YAY!
