day 8 - oatmeal 10 ways.

mighty maple blackberry french toast oatmeal.

i LOVE french toast!! so why not make it into oatmeal?

RECIPE:
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon mighty maple peanut butter by peanut butter co.
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

for the oatmeal:
combine oats, almond milk and egg whites
microwave for 1 minutes
add cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla extract
cook for another minute

for peanut butter syrup:
combine sugar free syrup and mighty maple peanut butter and mix until smooth

for blackberry sauce:
microwave blackberries for 30 seconds
mash and add vanilla protein powder
should look thicker after adding protein powder!

layer your oatmeal, peanut butter syrup and blackberry sauce in a mason jar/glass/bowl and top with extra sugar free syrup!

note: you do not have to use the mighty maple peanut butter if you don’t like peanut butter!! just mix syrup with 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder instead and reduce the powder you add to your blackberries to 1/4 scoop 🙂

DELICIOUS!!!!!! french toast!
