skinny gluten free cinnamon banana caramel cupcakes.

RECIPE:
for the cupcakes:
1 box gluten free vanilla cake mix (do not follow recipe on box)
3/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1 mashed very ripe banana
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk/skim milk/ light vanilla soy milk

mix all together and bake in cupcake tins at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until knife comes out clean

for the frosting:
1 container fat free cool whip
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

mix this all together and top each cupcake
drizzle some sugar free caramel syrup on each cupcake
