day 3 - oatmeal 10 ways.

green tea raspberry chia oatmeal.

1/2 cup oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup natural unsweetened green tea
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

in a bowl, add oats and almond milk
cook for 1 minute
add 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
add 1 teaspoon cinnamon

in a small bowl, add 1/4 cup green tea and chia seeds. let sit for about 15 minutes until chia seeds soak up the liquid and it becomes thicker
add half of your raspberries (mashed) to your chai seed mixture along with 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder

in a food processor, grind spinach leaves until very fine
add HALF of the rest of the green tea and mix

add the rest of your green tea to your oatmeal, it will be watery!
add spinach to your oatmeal

place back in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes until thick

note: if it is still watery from the green tea, let sit and cool. it will become thicker!

in a bowl/glass/mason jar layer your oatmeal and raspberry chia seeds with the rest of your raspberries on top! and POOF. so colorful and pretty šŸ™‚

note: you CANNOT taste the spinach!!! great way to get your greens in in the beginning of the day hehe
