peanut butter mug cake filled with raspberry jam and topped with pb2 and all natural crunchy peanut butter.

decided to make my classic favorite, peanut butter and jelly, into a mug cake!! cannot go wrong with that πŸ™‚

RECIPE: (about 188 calories-without peanut butter topping)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons egg whites
1 tablespoon pb2
3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk or until desired consistency
1 tablespoons truvia
when everything is mixed add one tablespoon raspberry (or any other flavor) jam to the center of your cake.. do not push down!! make sure it is covered by the batter though

microwave for about 2 minutes in a mug and turn upside down on your plate
top with pb2 and all natural peanut butter
when you cut into it the jam should be right in the middle πŸ™‚ like a chocolate molten cake but peanut butter and jelly cake instead!!! YAY!
