RECIPE: (about 285 calories)
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 roma tomato sliced
1/4 avocado diced
1/6 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons hot chunky salsa
1 tumaro’s whole wheat tortilla (60 calories)
cook egg whites, spinach and cheese together with salt and pepper
assemble your wrap with tomatoes overlapping on one side, salsa next, avocado and then add eggs last!
warning: this is a little messy because this wrap isn’t huge!!! but i ate the whole thing no problem of course 🙂 yayay! fills you up with lots of protein with little calories!
