RECIPE:(about 410 calories)
one “flat-out” wrap (90 calories, 9 grams protein and 9 grams fiber!! be careful what wraps you choose people! they could contain up to 210 calories! oopsiessss)
1/6 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 pepper (i used red! really doesn’t matter)
about 1 tablespoon light ranch dressing
about 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
1 boca chicken patty
place your wrap on a baking sheet or i just put mine right in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes or until the wrap gets crispy and cheese is fully melted.
but if you do not have a toaster oven use a baking sheet because you will be using the oven!! preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
top your wrap with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
warm up your boca chicken patty and dice it
place the chicken into a bowl with about 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce and toss until all the chicken is coated
add the chicken onto your wrap on top of your cheese
dice the 1/4 of the pepper and add to your wrap
take a handful of fresh spinach leaves and cover the top of your wrap then sprinkle some more cheddar!!
bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until wrap is crispy
top with a drizzle of light ranch dressing!
note: i also add jalepenos to mine 🙂 i love the spice! i made this one for my dad so he couldn’t handle it!! haha!!
also you can make a BBQ chicken pizza, which is my favorite. just omit the buffalo sauce and use BBQ sauce! easy as pieeeee. this takes literally about 15 minutes to make.. 10 minutes if you have a toaster oven.
POOF it’s gone.. literally cause i eat mine so fast every time!
