banana, pumpkin, peanut, vanilla greek yogurt parfait.

i love making parfaits in mason jars.. looks awesome!

RECIPE:(about 270 calories)
1 light n fit vanilla greek yogurt
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon truvia
2 tablespoons pb2 or chocolate pb2 mixed with 1 and 1/2 tablespoons water (so it’s able to pour)

in a small bowl, mix pumpkin, vanilla extract and truvia

in the mason jar, layer the bottom with 1/3 of vanilla greek yogurt
top that with 1/3 of pumpkin mixture
next layer is 1/3 of pb2
then a layer of bananas!!
repeat 2 more times and you’re done!!

note: you can literally make any parfait you want to, with any flavor greek yogurt and any kind of fruit.. i will post more cool combinations 🙂
