RECIPE:
layer the bottom of the jar with dressing (i used raspberry vinaigrette)
1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
spring mix
raspberries
craisins
note: 1/2 cup of non fat cottage cheese has 90 calories, only 5 grams of sugar and 14 grams of protein!!
and there you go! salad on the go. you can literally put any kind of salad in a jar! this just happens to be my favorite salad of all time. have 5 of them in your fridge for the whole work week for a grab and go lunch.
