healthy version of general tso's chicken with brown rice, steamed broccoli and baked asparagus.

RECIPE:
chicken:
get the recipe for the chicken by clicking on the photo!

broccoli:
steam in double broiler until tender!

asparagus:
spread on a baking sheet evenly
sprinkle with about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper
bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until tender

brown rice:
1 cup brown rice to 1 cup water
add 1 cup of water to a pot and bring to a boil
add rice, reduce heat and cook until all water is absorbed
add 1 tablespoon of honey, mix in and let sit for about 5 minutes

add everything on your plate and enjoy! this recipe i got off of pinterest, but i really want to make it my own!! keep following for updates on original recipes i’ve posted.
