RECIPE:
for the crust:
in a food processor, blend
6 dates
1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup kashi heart to heart or go lean crunch cereal
1/4 cup cocoa flavored almonds
1 tablespoon honey
spread crust mixture evenly into a small pan (i used about 4×6 inch pan)
for the filling:
2 cups plain greek yogurt
green food coloring
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon mint extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup truvia
mix all together and coat on top of the crust evenly and freeze for about 2 hours minimum, THEN put back in the refrigerator to thaw out! (it will stay thick and the crust will stay together) and you’re done 🙂
