cut about one inch wide piece out of the loaf
cut in half and then cut the other two pieces in half long ways, so you have 4 even size pieces
in a bowl put 4 tablespoons egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
soak each piece in egg white mixture then put directly onto the skillet and cook until golden brown
blueberry protein sauce:
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
add water until smooth
add 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and microwave for about 45 seconds and mix, trying to crush the blueberries, mixture will turn blue/purple!
pour onto your stack of french toast along with a dollop of all natural white chocolate peanut butter! 🙂 and you’re done.
