about 8 dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate, nut trail mix (i got mine from whole foods)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
add all to food processor and pulse until the texture is sticky and able to stick together without huge clumps (does not have to be perfectly smooth)
press into a rectangular shape in between plastic wrap (it may be easy to break apart)
cut into 8 pieces and store in fridge for about 2-3 hours to stiffen up!
enjoy these high energy treats before your workout or for a quick grab and go.
