RECIPE:
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/6 cup oats
2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
add light vanilla soy milk until desired consistency
strawberry protein puree:
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
add wanter until smooth
add three medium strawberries and blend with hand blender until it comes pureed
cook pancakes on skillet then top with sauce and sliced strawberries!
