pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon raisin protein syrup and fat free cream cheese icing drizzle.

RECIPE: (makes about 4 medium sized pancakes-pumpkin pancakes-about 195 calories-without toppings)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/6 cup oats
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 & 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
2 tablespoon egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 & 1/2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
add unsweetened vanilla almond milk until desired consistency

mix together and cook on skillet until golden brown!

cinnamon raisin protein syrup:
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
handful of raisins
add water until smooth
microwave about 10 seconds until raisins are plump
add sugar free syrup until desired consistency

fat free cream cheese icing:
(this makes a decent amount, i just keep it in my fridge all week!)
8 oz block fat free cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup truvia
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
mix with kitchen aid mixer until smooth
you can add more/less sweetener if you need to! this was perfect for me

once pancakes are done stack them on your plate and top with the syrup then drizzle your cream cheese icing šŸ™‚ one of the best ideas i’ve had, so so good!
