RECIPE:(makes about 4 medium sized pancakes-chocolate pancakes-about 220 calories-without toppings)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/6 cup oats
1/6 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon egg whites
2 tablespoons truvia
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
add light vanilla soy milk at the end for desired consistency
add chocolate chips if desired! i didn’t this time
(makes about 4 medium size pancakes)

peanut butter protein syrup:
2 tablespoons pb2 or chocolate pb2
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
add water until smooth and still a bit thicker
add about 1/6-1/4 cup of sugar free syrup until you get syrupy consistency

after cooking on skillet on medium heat, stack them high on your plate and top with the peanut butter syrup and peanuts! SOOO GOOD. enjoy 🙂
