cinnamon raisin swirl pancakes.

RECIPE: 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/6 cup oats
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon truvia
2-3 tablespoons light vanilla soy milk (depending on consistency you want)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

once on the skillet put cinnamon protein sauce (vanilla protein powder, cinnamon and water mixed together) in a piping bag (or plastic bag with a little cut in the corner) and squeeze a swirl of cinnamon goodness on each pancake. flip pancakes and when they are golden brown stack high on your plate with the remaining sauce on top! drizzle a handful of raisins on top and you’re done! I ate mine with light syrup as well!
